Color Swatch Utility

Things To Remember:

Your software may not be able to match colors using the information provided by the swatch files. In that case, you may need to use other means of matching.

Many other factors influence how you see color: the color and finish of the paper, the light you are using, even the colors surrounding the one you are identifying.

The swatches represent selected samples of your printer’s color palette and can be used to find the desired colors for your printed documents.

Double click the local hard drive icon, then double click Oki Data Swatch Utility Swatch Utility.

Each color block, or sample, is identified with information your software package needs to reproduce that color accurately. The numbers under each block specify the amounts of the primary colors—red (R), green (G), and blue (B), that mix to form each particular shade. The amounts are given as a numerical value between 0 and 255.
