BATTERY HANDLING

NOTES

Even when batteries are brand-new, their

service life may be shorter than specified if an extended period of time has passed

since they were produced.

Do not mix different types of batteries or new and old batteries.

When the camera is not to be used for an extended period of time (more than a year),

remove the alkaline batteries from the

camera to avoid damage from leakage.

Keep spare batteries on hand when going on a long trip or to a cold area.
