MAINTENANCE
Your Optimus PRO
Keep the subwoofer and cabinet dry. If they get wet, wipe them im- mediately. Liquids might contain minerals that can corrode electronic circuits and harm the finish on the cabinet.
Keep the subwoofer away from dust and dirt, which can cause pre- mature wear of parts.
Wipe the subwoofer cabinet occasionally with a cloth dampened with furniture polish. This will help keep it looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents.
Caution: You might permanently damage your subwoofer enclo- sure’s grille or speaker elements by cleaning them with a vacuum cleaner. Instead, use a feather duster or a soft cloth.
Modifying or tampering with your subwoofer’s internal components can cause a malfunction and might invalidate its warranty. If your subwoofer is not operating as it should, take it to your local RadioShack store for assistance.
