DTX 1400A, DTX 1400B specifications

The Oreck DTX 1400B and DTX 1400A vacuum cleaners represent the latest innovations in home cleaning technology, designed to offer unmatched performance and convenience for every household.

Both models feature a lightweight design, weighing in at just 8 pounds, which makes them easy to maneuver around furniture and up and down stairs. The ultra-lightweight construction does not sacrifice power; they boast a strong 1,500-watt motor that provides robust suction capabilities to tackle dust, dirt, and debris on various surfaces.

One standout feature of the Oreck DTX series is its Multi-Stage Filtration System. This advanced filtration technology captures allergens and dust particles, ensuring cleaner air is expelled back into the home. The DTX 1400B model takes this a step further with a HEPA filtration option, trapping 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, making it an excellent choice for allergy sufferers.

The Oreck DTX series is also equipped with a unique Saniseal Technology. This innovative system automatically seals the bag when it is removed, preventing dust and allergens from escaping back into the air during disposal. This feature not only provides cleanliness but also adds convenience, as users do not have to worry about messy bag changes.

Another hallmark of these models is their edge-cleaning capabilities. The vacuum features a specially designed edge brush that reaches corners and along walls, ensuring no dirt is left behind. The low-profile design allows the vacuum to easily slide under furniture, making it efficient for cleaning hard-to-reach areas.

For additional versatility, the Oreck DTX 1400B and DTX 1400A come with a variety of attachments. These include a crevice tool for tight spaces, an upholstery brush, and a dusting brush, providing comprehensive cleaning for various surfaces and materials.

Both models prioritize user-friendliness, featuring a simple on/off switch and a long power cord that reduces the need to constantly switch outlets during cleaning sessions.

In summary, the Oreck DTX 1400B and DTX 1400A vacuum cleaners combine lightweight design, powerful suction, advanced filtration, and practical features to create a superior cleaning solution tailored for the modern home. With their ease of use and effective cleaning capabilities, these vacuums set a new standard in household maintenance.
