IMPORTANT SAFETY TIPS

OPERATION
1.Make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the “OFF” position. Remove the bottom plate of the unit and install a new 9 volt alkaline battery. Replace the bottom plate.
2.Place the unit on the floor close to the door without touching the door. (When the unit is turned on, do not place the
unit against the door with the metal contact plate depressed or the alarm will sound.)
3.When the unit is switched to the “ON” position, it will wait approximately
10 seconds then become active. The unit will now sound the alarm instantly when vibration is detected or if the metal contact plate is depressed.
4.When properly set, the unit will sound its alarm the moment the door is opened. In cases where there is an attempt to tamper with the unit from the outside, or push it out from under the door, the vibration sensor will sound the alarm immediately.
5.To disarm the unit, simply slide the switch to the “OFF” position.
6.When the alarm volume becomes low, or the unit does not produce a normal strong alarm sound, replace the battery.
