CABINET CARE & CLEANING
To maintain the furniture quality cabinet, use any commercial dusting or polishing product.
FILTER MAINTENANCE
The heater comes equipped with a lifetime washable Polytron Filter. The filter is easy to clean, and the manufacturer recommends that it be cleaned once a month or as needed. To clean:
1Unplug unit then remove the filter from the rear of the unit.
2Run warm water through the filter in the opposite direction to the airflow until the filter is sufficiently clear of dirt and dust.
3Shake the filter until all the excess water is removed.
4Replace the filter.
NOTE: A mild detergent may be used to clean the filter if water alone does not clean it sufficiently.
Why does the fan not turn on?

Why does the blower fan keep running after I’ve turned the fan off?
The blower fan will continue to run until the heat chambers have cooled down. After a few minutes the fans will shut off automatically.
Why has the heater’s air flow seem to have diminished?
Make sure the intake is not blocked and that the filter is clean. Follow the “Filter Maintenance” procedure above.
Once the unit is initially turned on, how long will it take to heat my room?
Generally less than 1 hour. Please remember with any heating process there are many variables: size of the room, how well the room is insulated, how many doors and windows, the opening and closing of doors, and how high the ceilings are.
