HOW TO ADJUST THE SPEED

1.You can select a speed by turning the position selector to the speed required, from Speed 1 to Speed 5.

2.No matter where the position selector is situated, you can get a higher speed immediately by pressing the “Burst” button.

NOTE: Do not press the “Burst” button if the position selector is at the “0” position. This may damage the mechanism.

SELECTION OF SPEEDS

Speeds 1 through 5: For continuous use of stirring, beating or mixing of ingredients and thin batters. May also be useful for whipping egg whites or flour into various doughs. May be used in mixing cake dough, making sauces and even heavy doughs.

SPEED GUIDE FOR HAND MIXER

1	Stir	Use when stirring liquid ingredients or when mixing dry
		and liquid ingredients together alternately in a recipe.
		Use when preparing any of the ready-prepared or
		packaged instant puddings.
2	Mix	Use when a recipe calls for combining ingredients
		together. Use for quick breads or muffins that require
		a brisk action, just enough to blend.
3	Blend	Use when preparing cake mixes or for directions calling
		for medium speed. Use to cream butter and sugar
		together.
4	Beat	Use when preparing a frosting from a recipe or package.
		Use when whipping cream for desserts.
5	Whip	Use to mash potatoes to develop a light and fluffy texture.
		Use when whipping egg whites.

La Batidora Manual OSTER® con Cordón Retractable fue diseñada para ayudarle a preparar comidas deliciosas.

TALÓN DE DESCANSO Y SOPORTE DE LA TAZA CON GOMA ANTIDESLIZANTE

El talón de descanso y soporte de la taza con goma antideslizante no permiten que la batidora se deslice, ya sea que esté reclinada en la taza o parada en el mostrador.

CORDÓN RETRACTABLE

El cordón fue diseñado para que se retracte dentro

de la carcasa de la batidora para guardarlo convenientemente cuando no está siendo usado. (Vea las Características)

BOTÓN PARA EXPULSAR LOS BATIDORES

Esta Batidora Manual OSTER® tiene un botón convenientemente ubicado para expulsar los batidores. El diseño permite el uso del dedo pulgar para soltar los batidores o los ganchos de masa. No se sentirá un “clic” notable.

CARACTERÍSTICA BURST OF POWER®

(RÁFAGA DE POTENCIA)

La característica BURST OF POWER® (Ráfaga de Potencia) permite un aumento de la velocidad seleccionada al oprimir el botón. Durante trabajos de mezcla especialmente espesos, oprima el botón para pasar a través de la mezcla con facilidad. Una vez que el botón es soltado, la batidora regresará al ajuste de velocidad original.

BATIDORES

El diseño de los batidores permite resultados rápidos

y completos con todos los tipos de pastas. Los batidores son seguros en la lavadora de platos.

GANCHOS PARA MASA

Use estos ganchos para triturar masa de pan, masa de pizza u otras pastas y masas espesas. Para obtener mejores resultados, úselos a baja velocidad.

Note que los batidores son intercambiables pero los ganchos de masa no lo son. Cuando use los ganchos de masa,

el gancho con la pestaña o collar más alto en la espiga (ver el dibujo) en dirección a la punta encaja en el agujero de propulsión a nivel con la batidora. El gancho de masa con la pestaña o collar más bajo en la espiga encaja en el agujero de propulsión realzado de la batidora. Si los ganchos de masa no hacen clic en los agujeros de propulsión, inviértalos y pruebe nuevamente.

MEZCLADOR DE BEBIDAS

El Mezclador de Bebidas fue diseñado para mezclar todo tipo de bebidas congeladas y en polvo. Recomendado para uso en recipientes de bebidas de plástico o metálicos únicamente.

BOLSA DE ALMACENAMIENTO (Modelo FPSTHM080 solamente)

Le permite guardar su batidora manual y accesorios juntos de manera conveniente para fácil acceso y viaje.

BATIDOR

El batidor es usado para batir aire en las mezclas tales como claras de huevos, yemas o crema.

MANGO

El mango fue diseñado para máxima comodidad y para evitar la fatiga de la mano durante trabajos de mezcla pesados o largos.

UTILIZACIÓN DE SU BATIDORA MANUAL

Antes de usar su batidora por primera vez, lave los batidores con jabón y agua caliente o en la lavadora de platos. Enjuáguelos y séquelos.

Asegúrese de que el control de velocidad está en la posición “OFF” (APAGADO) y desenchufado del tomacorriente eléctrico. Inserte los batidores, uno a la vez, colocando el extremo de la espiga del batidor en los agujeros de propulsión ubicados en la parte inferior de la batidora. Gire el batidor ligeramente y empújelo hasta que haga clic y quede en posición.
