USE OF EXTENSION CORD

A short power supply cord has been provided to reduce to risk of injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are available from hardware stores and may be used with care. If an extension cord is used, it must be rated for at least 125 Volts, 13 Amps or 1625 Watts.

The cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the counter

or tabletop where it can be pulled by children or tripped over accidentally.

FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE U.S. AND CANADA ONLY To reduce the risk of electrical shock, this appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug fits a polarized outlet only one way; if the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
