For Use with Aftermarket Radios to Retain Accessory Power

Retains Accessory Power for Approximately 10 Minutes or Until A Door is Open

Installation:

1. Only for Vehicles Without a Factory Amplifier: Connect the aftermarket radio’s front and rear speaker wires to the 22 pin plug.

2. The 22 pin harness has two yellow and two black wires. Connect both yellows to the radio’s +12v constant wire and both blacks to the radio’s ground wire.

3. The Accessory wire is located on the 6 pin harness - connect this wire to the radio’s accessory wire. The accessory wire supplies +12v, 1 amp max, when key is in the Accessory or Ignition position.

4. 11 pin plug: Orange/White - Connect this wire to the radio’s Illumination input wire only.

Note: Do not connect these wires to any other circuit besides the radio’s wire harness.

5. When all connections are made, connect the 22 pin plug into the vehicle’s 22 pin harness.
