The original(s) are stored into memory with a file number. Then starts the email transmission.

• If the transmission fails, an error response is delivered from the mail server, and is printed on this machine.

The error mail including an error message, and an image of the first page of the transmitted document is received. (See page 68)

• For instructions on how to cancel the transmission, see page 20.

When sending from the Platen Glass, place the next original, and follow the instructions described on the touch panel display.

For the machine to perform the email address completion the Fax Parameter No. 160 (Default Domain)

 

 

must be set to "Valid" and the Default Domain must be preprogrammed in the User (Internet) Parameters.
