
Pre Installation Information
Setup as POP3 Client
To install your machine as POP3 Client, the following network parameters need to be programmed on your network.
•TCP/IP Address of your machine
•TCP/IP Subnet Mask of your machine
•TCP/IP Address of the Default Gateway
•TCP/IP Address of the DNS Server (if not available, see Note 2)
•Email Address of your machine (See Note 1)
•Name or IP Address of the Default SMTP mail server
•POP Server Name or IP Address
•POP User Account Name
•POP Password
Email Transmission (from your machine to a PC)

2.By default the machine requires the IP Address of the DNS Server, and prompts you to enter the SMTP, and POP Server Names.
If the DNS Server is not available, change the 27(DNS Server Address) of General Settings to "No" .
