Sending a fax with the voice guide!

You can send documents by following the voice guide. After transmission, the voice guide will turn off automatically.

HELP twice.

To transmit, insert the document

 

 

face down until you hear the beep.

Insert the document FACE DOWN.

● If necessary, press

RESOLUTION

repeatedly to select the desired setting (p. 49).

 

Press the speaker phone button,

 

then dial the phone number.

 

When the fax tone is heard, press

 

the start button.

Press DIGITAL SP-PHONE .

● You can also use the handset.

Dial the fax number.
