Pre-recorded greeting messages!

The unit has pre-recorded greeting messages. Depending on the situation, one of the following messages will be played to the caller. For your own greeting message, see page 70.

■When the unit is ready to receive voice and fax calls:

Hello! We are unable to answer right now. To send a fax, please start transmission. To leave a voice message, please speak after the beep.

■When voice or fax memory is full:
