CAUTION: This precision tool has been engineered and designed for use with PANDUCT Plastic Wiring Duct or Cover, and Heat Shrink Tubing. It is not intended for use on any other products or materials.

OPERATION

1.Determine (mark) the cut location as required.

2.Release the handle latch at the end of the handles. The handle spring allows the handles to be normally open.

3.Position the cutting blade at the marked location and squeeze the handles together until the material is cut through, and the blade bottoms out in the blade insert. If the cut is not long enough, also cut from the opposite side, across from the first cut.

4.Latch the tool handles in the locked position when the tool is not being used and during transport.

Blade Replacement:

Unhook spring from hook on blade. Using a wide blade standard screwdriver and 10mm hex

 

 

wrench, remove nut and screw. Slide blade upward, out of tool, and replace with new blade.

 

 

Fasten using existing screw and nut. Remember to hook spring onto hook on blade.

Insert Replacement:

Carefully pry out existing insert. Apply a small amount of Loctite Black Max (or equivalent) to

 

 

bottom of replacement insert. Place insert into lower jaw of tool with the slotted side up.
