BENCH FRAME

STEP 1:

•SECURELY assemble the ARM PAD (2) to the ARM CURL FRAME (1) using two 3/8” X 1-1/4” BOLTS (3), two 3/8” LOCK WASHERS (5), and two 3/8” LOCK NUTS (4) as shown in FIGURE 1.

•Insert the ARM CURLATTACHMENT into the UPRIGHT TUBE of the BENCH FRAME as shown in FIGURE 1, and tighten in place using the THUMBSCREW.
