DX9200HDDI WORKS WITH DX8108 AND DX8116

There has been confusion recently as to whether the DX9200HDDI is compatible with the DX8100.

A SCSI card recently qualified that works with the DX8100 and DX9200HDDI, however, due to hard- ware limitations the card only works with the DX8108 and DX8116 units.

NOTE: The DX9200HDDI does not work with the DX8124 and DX8132 because these units do not have a viable slot available for the SCSI card.

To connect the DX9200HDDI to the DX8100 do the following:

1.Install the optional DX8100-ISCI internal SCSI interface card in slot 2.

2.Move the main Capture card to slot 3.

This procedure will be covered in detail in the DX8100-ISCI Installation manual.
