CM5800i specifications

The Phase Technology CM5800i is a high-performance, multi-use loudspeaker expertly engineered to deliver exceptional sound quality in both residential and commercial environments. Ideal for music enthusiasts and audio professionals alike, the CM5800i combines innovative technology with a stylish design to enhance any listening experience.

One of the standout features of the CM5800i is its patented Octaxial technology, a unique design that enhances dispersion and reduces distortion across various frequencies. This technology allows for greater spatial awareness and a more immersive listening experience, making it perfect for large spaces where sound needs to reach every corner. The integrated waveguide optimizes the high-frequency output, ensuring crystal-clear sound reproduction.

The CM5800i is equipped with a robust 8-inch polypropylene woofer that provides excellent low-frequency response. This driver is designed to produce deep, powerful bass without sacrificing clarity in the mid and high ranges. Complementing the woofer is a 1-inch titanium dome tweeter that ensures a smooth transition between frequencies, offering a balanced and dynamic audio profile.

With a power handling capability of up to 150 watts, the CM5800i is well-suited for integration into robust home theater systems or high-end audio setups. The loudspeaker's sensitivity rating of 90 dB ensures it can produce high output levels with minimal power, making it an efficient choice for various applications.

In terms of acoustic design, the CM5800i features a sealed enclosure that minimizes resonance and enhances the authenticity of sound reproduction. This design is particularly effective for tight spaces where bass performance can often be compromised. Additionally, the speaker’s versatile installation options—such as wall mounting or ceiling placement—make it adaptable for diverse acoustical environments.

The CM5800i’s aesthetic design harmonizes with any decor, featuring a paintable grille and a low-profile look that blends seamlessly into surroundings. Its rugged build quality ensures durability and longevity, making it a reliable choice for both casual listeners and serious audiophiles.
