Use advanced teletext features

Access the teletext options menu

Access the teletex t features through th e
teletext options menu.
1 Press MHEG/TELETEXT.
The teletext screen appears. »
2 Press OPTIONS.
The teletext options menu appears. »
3 Press to select one of the fol lowing
options.
[Freeze page] : Freezes the cu rrent
page.
[Reveal] : Hides or reveals hidden
information on a page , such as
solutions to riddles or puzzles.
[Cycle sub page] : Cycles through
subpages automatically if subpages
are available.
[Language] : Switches to a differe nt
language group to di splay a language
correctly when it uses a different
character set.
4 Press to make a selection , then
press OK to confirm.
5 Press BACK to exit the teletex t
options menu.

Select teletext subpages

A teletext page ca n hold several subpages.
Subpages are disp layed on a bar next to the
main page number.
1 Press MHEG/TELETEXT.
The teletext screen appears. »
2 Press P +/- to select a teletext page.
3 Press to enter a subpage.

Manually adjust sound settings

1 Press MENU.
2 Press to select [Sound] and press
OK.
3 Press to select the follow ing
settings.
[Smart sound] : Accesses pre-
defined smar t sound settings.
[Bass] : Adjusts the bass l evel.
[Treble] : Adjusts the treble level .
[Volume] : Adjusts the volume.
[Balance] : Adjusts the bala nce of the
right and left s peakers.
[Dual I-II] : Selects audio lang uages if
dual sound broadcast is available.
[Mono/Stereo] : Selects mono
or stereo if st ereo broadcast is
available.
[Surround] : Enables spatial sound.
[Headphone volume] : Adjusts
headphone volume. (Available only
when the headphones are connected
to the TV).
[Auto volume levelling] :
Automaticall y reduces sudden
volume changes, for ex ample, when
switching channels.
[Delta volume] : Levels out volume
differences b etween channels or
connected devi ces. Switch to the
connected devi ce before you change
the delta volume .
