Set age ratings

Some digital broadcasters rate their programs according to age.You can set your TV to display

only programs with age ratings lower than your
child’s age.
1	Press .
2	Select [Setup] > [Channel settings] >
	[Child lock] > [Age ratings lock]
3	»»A code setup screen appears.
	Enter your code using Numeric buttons.
4	»»The rating menu appears.
	Select an age rating, then press OK.
5	Press to exit.

Lock content type

For some programs, the digital broadcasters

include the type of content that may be considered objectionable.You can block

programs that have specific types of
objectionable content.
1	Press .
2	Select [Setup] > [Channel settings] >
	[Child lock] > [Content ratings lock].
3	»»A code setup screen appears.
	Enter your code.
4	»»The parental rating menu appears.
	Select a type of content to block, then
5	press OK.
	Press to exit.

Lock or unlock one or more channels

1 Press .

2 Select [Setup] > [Channel settings] > [Child lock] > [Channel lock].

»»A list of channels is displayed.

3 Select the channel that you want to lock or unlock, then press OK.

»»The first time you lock or unlock a channel, you are prompted to enter your PIN code.

4 Enter your code and press OK.

»»If the channel is locked, a lock icon displayed.

5 Repeat the process to lock or unlock more channels.

6 To activate the locks, switch the TV on and off.

»»When you switch channels with CH - or CH +, the locked channels are skipped.

»»When you access the locked channels from the channel grid, you are prompted to enter your PIN code.

View Scenea

You can display a default picture as the wallpaper on your TV.You can also load another picture as the wallpaper.

If the sleeptimer is off, the wallpaper is displayed for 240 minutes. Otherwise, it is displayed for the duration of the sleeptimer.

Switch on Scenea

1 Press .

2 Select [Scenea], then press OK.

»»If no picture has been set, the default picture is displayed.

»»If a customized Scenea picture is loaded, that picture is displayed (see 'Customize the Scenea picture' on page 21).
