Switch your TV on/off or to

standby

To switch on
If the sta ndby indicator is off, pre ss •
POWER at the side of the T V.
If the sta ndby indicator is red, pr ess •
(Standby-On) on the remote co ntrol.
To switch to standby
Press • (Standby-On) on the remote
control.
The standby indicator switches to red. »
To switch off
Press • POWER at the side of the T V.
The standby indicator switches off. »
Tip
Though your T V consumes very l ittle power •
when in standby, energy continues to be
consumed. W hen not in use for an ex tended
period of time, disconnect the TV power cable
from the powe r outlet.
