Use one-touch play

1 After enabli ng EasyLink, pres s play on
your device.
The TV automatically switches to the »
correct source.

Use one-touch standby

1 Press (Standby-On) on the TV’s or
device’s remote cont rol.
The TV and all connected HDMI »
devices switch to standby.

Set TV speakers to EasyLink mode

When you play content f rom an EasyLink
compliant home the ater, the TV speakers ar e
automatically muted.
1 Enable one-touc h play and one-touch
standby bet ween your Easylink comp liant
devices by following the i nstructions
in the previous section (see ‘Enable or
disable EasyL ink’ on page 29).
2 Press MENU.
3 Press to select [Setup] > [Sound]
> [TV speakers] > [Auto EasyLink].
The TV speakers are turned off »
automatically when content from an
Easylink compliant system is detected.
4 Press to select [Setup] > [Sound]
> [TV speakers] > [On] t o disable
system audio co ntrol and enable the T V
speakers.
Note
To mute the TV speake rs, select • [TV
speakers] > [Off].
Use Philips EasyLink
Your TV support s Philips EasyLink , which
uses the HDMI CEC (Consumer Electronics
Control) protocol. EasyLink-compliant devices
that are connec ted through HDMI con nectors
can be controlle d by a single remote control .
Note
The EasyLin k-compliant device mu st be •
switched on an d selected as the so urce.
Philips does not gu arantee 100% •
interoperability with all HDMI CEC devices.

EasyLink features

One-touch play
When you connect yo ur TV to devices that
support one -touch play, you can control your
TV and the devi ces with one remote contr ol.
One-touch sta ndby
When you connect yo ur TV to devices that
support st andby, you can use your TV remo te
control to put your T V and all connected
HDMI devices in s tandby mode.
System audio control
When you connect yo ur TV to HDMI
CEC compliant devices, your TV can
switch automa tically to play audio from t he
connected dev ice.
To use one-touch audio, you mus t map the
audio input fro m the connected device to
your TV.
You can use the remote contr ol from the
connected devi ce to adjust the volume.

Do not enable Phil ips EasyLink if you d o not •
intend to use it .
1 Press MENU.
2 Press to select [Setup] >
[Installation] > [Preferences] >
[EasyLink].
3 Select [On] or [Off].
