• Recharging: 60 minutes.
The shaver can also be charged from a 12 - 24 Volts (DC) supply using cord connector type HP 1957. (Available from Philips retailers or Authorised Service Dealers.) Charging from a 12 - 24 Volts (DC) supply requires approx. 24 hours.
•Regular cleaning of the shaver means that less battery energy is consumed, so that more shaving time becomes available.
•The shaver will not be damaged by leaving it connected to the mains supply after it is fully charged. However, it is not advisable to charge the shaver permanently as this would shorten the life of the rechargeable batteries.

5One of the blocks of the charge meter will start flashing.
If the batteries are almost empty, the first block will be red.
When it turns green, there is enough energy in the rechargeable batteries for one cordless shave (3 minutes).
6Each time when 20% of the full charge has been accomplished the next block of the energy meter will start to flash.
