9 Troubleshooting

The screen does not respond when I press

the key.

Press •, and then to unlock the keys,

if necessary;

Charge the battery, if necessary; •

If the steps above do not work, reset the •

device. To do so, press the RESET hole

by using the tip of a ball pen or other tool.

I cannot nd the le that I stored on Activa.

The le may be in a format unsupported

on Activa. For more information about

the compatible formats on Activa, see

(see ‘Technical data’ on page 41).

The tness device cannot measure my

exercise accurately.

Ensure that you wear Activa properly. •

The tness device can detect and count

your movement. Wear the device

properly in the position as suggested on

the screen.

•Calibrate the tness device to yourself

(see ‘Calibrate the workout’ on page 23).

I cannot tune to a preset station.

The station may be out of service. •

Select another preset station.

When moving to a new place (e.g. a new •

city or country), restart auto tune for

better reception.
