HOW TO USE THE ON-SCREEN MENU

This section explains the Philips Institutional Television’s menu items. As described previously, the availability of, and options within each item depend upon the television’s specific model and current operational mode (Consumer or Commercial) and the type of remote control command (guest or setup) issued.

LANGUAGESETUP x CONSUMER x FEATURES MENU_

An on-screen LANGUAGE option is available. You may set the TV's onscreen menu to appear in either English, French, or Spanish text. With the Main Menu onscreen press the Menu button repeatedly, or use the Cursor (s) Up and Down (t) buttons, to select LANGUAGE with the TV’s highlight control bar. Press the Cursor Right (+>) or Left (<- ) button on the remote to select English, French (FRANCAIS), or Spanish (ESPANOL). Text in the onscreen Menu will appear in the selected language. Please note that the Language control only makes the TV's on-screen Menu items appear in the respec- tive language text. It does not change the language of other onscreen text features, such as Closed Captioning.
