And when you’re not exercising, the unique 645 treadmill can be folded up, requiring less than half the floor space of other treadmills.
For your benefit, read this manual carefully before you use the treadmill. If you have questions after read- ing this manual, please see the front cover of this man- ual. To help us assist you, note the product model num-
ber and serial number before contacting us. The model number of the treadmill is PFTL59106.0. The serial number can be found on a decal attached to the tread- mill (see the front cover of this manual for the location).
To avoid a registration fee for any service needed under warranty, you must register the treadmill at www.proformservice.com/registration.
