When charging is complete, you may continue to trickle charge the batteries by leaving them in the charger. If you unplug the charger, remove the batteries.

You will hear the cooling fan when the charger is operating (only when charging I-C3 batteries.)

Your charger was designed for use with I-C3 15 Minute Rechargeable Batteries. You will get optimum battery performance and the fastest charging with these batteries.

Regular rechargeable NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) or NiCd (Nickel Cadmium) AA or AAA size batteries may be used in this charger, but will need to charge overnight.

You can charge AA and AAA size batteries at the same time.

Do not charge I-C3 15 Minute Rechargeable Batteries and regular NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) batteries at the same time.

I-C3 batteries gradually lose power when stored and not in use. For optimal performance, recharge prior to using.

You do not have to completely drain I-C3 batteries prior to recharging.
