If your speakers are not performing as they should, take them to your local RadioShack store for assistance. To locate your nearest RadioShack, use the store locator feature on RadioShack's website (www.radioshack.com), or call 1-800-The Shack (843-7422) and follow the menu options. Modifying or tampering with the speaker's internal components can cause a malfunction and might invalidate their warranty.

Pulling the cable so it exceeds the white stripe prevents the cable from retracting smoothly. If the cable stops or retracts back while pulling, slightly pull the cable to release it for retraction. Then pull the cable to the desired length to release it.

If the cable stops during retraction, pull it again and hold it until it completely retracts back into the cabinet.
