USING THE AC POWER SUPPLY

You must use the AC power supply (included) to operate your Caller ID unit. The unit is designed to retain stored records after you disconnect the adapter or during a power failure.

CAUTION: Only use the Thomson

5-2491(black)/5-2484 (white) power supply that came with this unit. Using other power supplies may damage the unit.

CONNECTING A TELEPHONE

1.To install this unit, disconnect your telephone by removing the plug at the end of its line cord from the existing telephone wall jack.

2.Plug the line cord from your telephone into the jack marked PHONE on this unit.

3.Plug one end of the line cord supplied with your Caller ID unit into the jack marked LINE on this unit.
