ON SAFETY
••Before operating, make sure the voltage requirement of the mains plug matches your local voltage.
••Disconnect the mains plug immediately if liquid spills into or onto the unit, or if an object falls into the unit. The unit should not be used until service by a qualified service personnel is completed.
••Do not open the cabinet. Lasers used in rays employed by the unit may damage your eyes. Any servicing should be done by qualified service personnel.
••When you are not going to use the unit for a long period of time, disconnect the mains plug.
ON PLACEMENT
••Do not leave, mount or use the unit in places which are extremely hot, cold, dusty, or humid.
••Allow adequate air circulation to prevent internal heat build- up. Do not place the unit on a surface or near materials (a curtain ex. rugs, blankets, curtains, etc.) which might block the ventilation holes.

ON CONDENSATION
••When left in a heated room where it is warm and damp, water droplets or condensation may form inside the CD player. When there is condensation inside the unit, the unit may not function normally. Let it stand for 1 to 2 hours before turning the power on, or gradually heat the room and allow the unit to dry before use.

Battery Operation Instructions
IF YOUR PRODUCT OPERATES ON BATTERIES, adhere to the following precautions:
A. Any battery may leak electrolyte if mixed with a different battery type, if inserted incorrectly, or if all batteries are not replaced at the same time.
B. Any battery may leak electrolyte or explode if disposed of in fire or an attempt is made to charge a battery not intended to be recharged.
C. Discard leaky batteries immediately. Leaking batteries can cause skin burns or other personal injury. When discarding batteries, be sure to dispose of them in the proper manner, according to provincial and local regulations.
Important Battery Precautions
••Any battery may present a risk of fire, explosion, or chemical burn if abused. Do not try to charge a battery that is not intended to be recharged, do not incinerate, and do not puncture.
••If your product uses more than one battery, do not mix types and make sure they are inserted correctly. Mixing types or inserting incorrectly may cause them to leak.
••Discard any leaky or deformed battery immediately. They may cause skin burns or other personal injury.
••Batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
••Please help to protect the environment by recycling or disposing of batteries according to federal, state, and local regulations.

3. SKIP Button
Press to skip to the previous track while in CD mode.
4. REPEAT Button
Press to repeat one track / all tracks.
5. PLAY / PAUSE Button
Press to start / pause playing a disc while in CD mode.
6. STOP Button
Press to stop playing a disc while in CD mode.
7.CD Display
Track number
Repeat all: “ • ” lights up and remains on.
Repeat one: “ • ” blinks.
Play mode: “ • ” lights up and remains on.
Pause mode: “ • ” blinks.
8. SKIP Button
Press to skip to the next track while in CD mode.
9.TUNING Knob
Rotate this knob to tune in the desired station.
10.VOLUME (+ / - ) Control Adjusts the volume.
11.Battery Compartment
Press and hold the knob to open the battery door, according to the indicator marked on the compartment.
12.LINE IN Jack
13.DC IN 9V Power Jack
Connect the AC adaptor to this jack.
14.MODE Switch
Slide the switch to select the desired mode(AM, FM, CD, LINE IN and STANDBY).
Note: LINE IN mode is combined to radio(AM/FM) and CD mode.
