HOW TO USE A CUSTOM PROGRAM
1Turn on the console. See step 1 on page 14.
2Select a custom program.
To select a custom program, press the Custom Programs button repeatedly until the words CUS- TOM 1 or CUSTOM 2 appear in the display.
When you select a custom program, the name of the program, the program time, and the maximum pace and resistance level will appear in the dis- play for a few seconds. A profile of the resistance levels of the program will then appear in the dis- play.
