How To Use

How To Use

The groomer is a wet groomer, the hand-held part of which may be used in a bath or shower.

The Body Trimmer can be used in the shower or rinsed under water during cleaning. Therefore, to maintain performance of cutters, oil before each use and after rinsing.

TRIMMER GUARD ATTACHMENT

Remove Trimmer Guard Attachment to define hairline edges, holding trimmer at a right angle to skin and gently pressing. Edge and shape all body areas, as desired. To remove:

1.Be sure Groomer is in OFF position.

2.While holding Groomer in one hand, while holding Zoom Wheel with other hand, gently pull Trimmer Guard Attachment away from Groomer.

3.Replace Guard by repeating steps #1 and #2. (NOTE: Guard can only be placed on Groomer one way. If not fitting properly, simply remove and reverse).

ADJUSTABLE TRIMMER HEAD

The Grooming System is equipped with a 5-Position adjustable Trimmer Head to allow flexible Body Grooming. To use:

1.Be sure Groomer is in OFF position.

2.Use thumb wheel to set trimmer comb to desired length setting.

3.Slide On/Off Switch upward to power the Body Groomer.

4.Place flat top of trimmer comb gently against the skin.

5.When finished, turn power off by sliding On/Off Switch downward. Clean the Grommer and return it to the storage pouch.

FOIL SHAVER ATTACHMENT

First, remove Trimmer Comb Attachment by holding the Groomer in one hand with thumb firmly pressed against Thumb Wheel to prevent from turning. With opposite hand, gently pull Trimmer Comb Attachment off Trimmer. Remove cut- ting assembly by firmly pushing upward on blade with thumb. Use other hand to “catch” cutting assembly.

To add Foil Shaver Attachment, carefully align Shaver assembly with the Groomer Body. Slide Foil Shaver down toward Groomer until firmly securing into place.

To Operate:

1.Remove Foil Shaver protective cover.

2.Slide On/Off Switch upward to Power the Foil Shaver.

3.Hold shaving head to skin.

4.Stretch skin with free hand so hairs stand upright. Only apply light pressure on shaving head while shaving.

5.Shave in a direction opposite of hair growth.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Always clean Grooming System attachments regularly to ensure maximum performance and a proper operating life. The Body Trimmer is washable so it can be used in the shower or rinsed under water during cleaning. Therefore, to maintain performance of cutters, oil before each use and after rinsing.

Cleaning Cautions

Only the adjustable trimmer comb and cutter assembly may be removed from the trimmer for cleaning.

Cleaning should be done with a soft brush, such as the brush supplied with the unit.

Only use the light-grade oil supplied or a suitable alternative like sewing machine oil. These oils will not evaporate or slow down the blades.

Do not use harsh or corrosive cleaners on the units or their cutters.

Do not apply pressure or hard objects to cutters.

Do not disassemble cutter assembly.

There are no user serviceable parts.

The handheld unit should be detached from the power supply cord before cleaning.

CLEANING TRIMMER ATTACHMENT WITH GROOMING BRUSH / WATER

Thoroughly brush and blow out hair clippings from cutter system, attachment, and handle.

Rinse the attachment under warm running water. Do NOT use extremely hot water as this might cause damage to components.

CLEANING FOIL SHAVER

Do NOT oil foil shaver attachment as this is permanently lubricated.

Press release buttons inward at sides of screen head.

Remove head and shake out clippings. Blow off cutter assembly.

Replace head, snapping in place to secure.

OILING BLADES & CAUTIONS

Rinsing attachments under water (above) requires lubricating the cutting blades. Using only light-grade oils (e.g. sewing machine oil), simply spread 1-2 drops lightly over cutters with fingertip. Wipe away all excess.

Use only light-grade oils as these will not evaporate nor slow down speed of cutting blades.

Do not use hair oil, grease, or any oil mixed with kerosene nor solvent as these too will evaporate.
