2.3.3 EEPROM

A 16-KB of the EEPROM can be mounted on the M3A-HS37. The EEPROM is controlled by the SH7137 on-chip I2C bus

interface.

Table 2.3.3 lists the EEPROM specifications.

Figure 2.3.2 shows the connection circuit block diagram of SH7137 and EEPROM.
