| This equipment complies with requirements of 21 CFR subchapter J for class I laser products. This |

| equipment contains two AlGaAs laser diodes, 6.2 milliwatts, 770 795 nanometer wavelength for |

| each emitter. The beam divergence angle is 25 degrees (minimum) and 38 degrees (maximum) in the | 3 |
| vertical direction, and 8 degrees (minimum) and 14 degrees (maximum) in the horizontal direction, and | |

| laser beams are generated in Continuous Wave (CW) mode. |
