Techtronic Industries North America, Inc-, recommends that Vou retajn all re- ceipts coveringmaintenanceon your non-roador small off-road engine,but Techtronic lndustries North America, lnc., cannot deny warianty solely for the lack of receipts or for your failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.Any replacemontpart or service that is equivalentin performance and durability may be used in non-waranty maintenanceor repatrs, and shall not reduce the waranty obligationsof TechtroniclndustriesNorth America, Inc.

(c)The warranty on emissions-relatedparts wjll be interpretedas follows: Any warrantedpart that is not scheduledfor replacementas requiredin the Emissions MaintenanceScheduleand WarrantyParis List set forth below is warfantedfor two
years.lfany suchpart any pad that is schedlled onlyfor regularinspection) {including
