The FMLA 12-month rolling period determines an employee’s balance of FMLA leave by
measuring backward 12 months from the date an employee takes FMLA leave. As the calendar
moves forward, the 12-month period moves forward day by day, hence the term “rolling”.

holistic view of your organization and simple drag-and-drop controls in the tree view make OrgPlus
