\\ Якщо телевізор, підключений до програвача, не підтримує режим функцію відеокадру чи вибрану роздільну здатність, на екрані відобразиться повідомлення: "Якщо після вибору «Так» зображення не відображаються, зачекайте 15 сек., щоб повернутися до попередньої роздільної здатності.Змінити роздільну здатність?". Якщо вибрано Так, зображення на екрані телевізора зникне на 15 секунд, після чого розподільчу здатність буде автоматично повернено до попереднього значення розподільчої здатності.

\\ Якщо на екрані нічого не відображається навіть після змінення роздільної здатності, потрібно видалити всі диски, після чого натиснути й понад 5 секунд утримувати кнопку @на передній панелі програвача. Усі параметри за умовчанням буде відновлено. Знову виконайте процедуру налаштування початкових параметрів. Після цього перейдіть у меню до пунктів Параметри > Дисплей > Розд. здатн. і виберіть відповідне значення розподільчої здатності для телевізора.

\\ Під час налаштування початкових параметрів повторно виберіть лише мову та форматне співвідношення (розмір і формат екрана). Параметри мережного підключення залишатимуться без змін, завдяки чому ви зможете пропустити етап налаштування мережі й оновлення програмного забезпечення.

\\ Після відновлення параметрів за умовчанням усі дані користувача, які зберігалися на диску BD, буде видалено.

\\ Функцію відеокадру (24Fs), яка пропонується для програвача, можна використовувати, якщо диск Blu-ray підтримує частоту відтворення в 24 кадри.
