\\ Hvis det tv, du sluttede til afspilleren, ikke understøtter filmrammer eller den valgte opløsning, vises meddelelsen "Hvis der ikke vises noget billede efter valg af '"Ja", skal du vente15 sek. for at vende tilbage til den forrige opløsning. Vil du ændre opløsningen?". Hvis du vælger Ja, bliver tv-skærmen sort i 15 sekunder, hvorefter opløsningen automatisk går tilbage til den forrige opløsning.

\\ Hvis skærmen forbliver sort, efter at du har ændret opløsningen, skal du fjerne alle diske og derefter trykke på og holde knappen @ på afspilleren inde i mindst 5 sekunder. Alle indstillingerne gendannes til fabriksstandarden. Kør proceduren Startindstilling igen. Går derefter til Indstill. > Skærm > Opløsning i menuen, og indstil den korrekte opløsning for dit tv.

\\ Når du kører proceduren Startindstilling, kan du kun vælge sproget og formatforholdet (skærmstørrelse og -format) igen. Nulstilling påvirker ikke dine netværksindstillinger, så du kan springe Netværksopsætning og Softwareopgradering over.

\\ Når fabriksindstillingerne er gendannet, slettes alle brugergemte BD-data.

\\ Blu-ray-disken skal mindst have funktionen til 24 billeder for at kunne anvende tilstanden Filmramme (24Fs).
