PROBLEEM

BD-LIVE

 

Ik kan geen verbinding maken met de BD-

• Controleer met de functie Netwerkstatus of er een netwerkverbinding tot

LIVE-server.

• Controleer of het menu BD-Live internetverbinding is ingesteld op Toestaan

 

(Alle).

 

• Als al het bovenstaande mislukt, neemt u contact op met de aanbieder van

 

de inhoud of werkt u de firmware van de speler bij tot de meest recente

 

versie.

Bij het gebruik van de BD-LIVE-service treedt

• Het geheugenapparaat moet ten minste 1GB vrije ruimte bieden om de BD-

er een fout op.

OPMERKING

\\ Wanneer de fabrieksinstellingen worden hersteld, worden alle BD-gegevens van de gebruiker gewist.

Reparatie

Als u contact met ons opneemt voor reparatie van de speler, worden in de volgende gevallen administratiekosten in rekening gebracht:

1.Een technicus komt bij u langs maar de speler vertoont geen gebreken.

2.U brengt het product naar een reparatiecentrum maar het product vertoont geen gebreken.

We stellen u op de hoogte van de administratiekosten voordat we bij u langs komen of beginnen met het werk aan uw speler.

We raden u aan deze handleiding zorgvuldig door te lezen en online naar een oplossing te zoeken op www.samsung.com, of contact op te nemen met de klantenservice van Samsung voordat u de speler ter reparatie aanbiedt.
