ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ этого устройства :

●Установите противень (не решетку) на уровень 1 для сбора капающих соков, или поставьте его на дно духового шкафа, если кусок мяса для приготовления очень большой.

●Наденьте одну из вилок на вертел; наденьте кусок мяса для приготовления на вертел.

●Одновременно по краям противня можно положить для жарки ошпаренный кипятком картофель и овощи.

●Установите раму на средний уровень таким образом, чтобы V-образный изгиб находился с передней стороны.

●Чтобы было удобнее вставлять вертел, к его тупому концу можно привернуть ручку.

●Установите вертел на раму острым концом к задней стенке духового шкафа, и осторожно двигайте его вперед до тех пор, пока он не войдет во вращающий механизм на задней стенкой духового шкафа. Тупой конец вертела должен лежать на V-образном изгибе. (На вертеле имеются два выступа, которые должны располагаться со стороны дверцы, чтобы предотвратить перемещение вертела вперед. Выступы также используются для фиксации ручки)

●Перед началом приготовления отверните ручку. После окончания приготовления вновь приверните ручку для облегчения извлечения вертела из рамы.
