Sådan bruges det:

●Anbring en bradepande (ingen trefod) i første rille for at opsamle saft fra tilberedningen eller på ovnens bund, hvis det stykke kød, der skal steges, er for stort..

●Skyd et af de to greb på spyddet, og anbring det stykke kød, der skal steges, på spyddet..

●Forkogte kartofler og grøntsager kan anbringes i kanten på bradepanden, så de steges på samme tid..

●Anbring stativet på midten af pladen, og anbring med “v”-udskæringen fremad..

●Til hjælp med at indsætte spyddet kan håndtaget skrues på den sløve ende..

●Placér spyddet i stativet med den spidse ende bagud og skub blidt, indtil spyddets spids går ind i drejemekanismen bagest i ovnen.. Spyddets sløve ende skal hvile i “v”- udskæringen.. (Spyddet har to små håndtag, der skal være tættest på ovnlågen for at forhindre, at spyddet går fremad.. Endvidere fungerer håndtagene også som greb på håndtaget..)

●Inden tilberedning skal du skrue håndtaget af.. Efter tilberedningen skal du skrue håndtaget på for lettere at fjerne spyddet fra stativet..
