Aftør den glaskeramiske overflade med en fugtig klud og rengøringsmiddel til glaskeramik.

Vigtigt: Brug ikke ætsende eller slibende rengøringsmidler. Overfladen kan tage skade.

Brug af passende køkkengrej

Bedre kasseroller giver bedre resultater.

•Du kan kende en god kasserolle på dens bund. Bunden skal være så tyk som mulig.

•Når du køber nye kasseroller, skal du være særlig opmærksom på bundens diameter. Fabrikanter angiver ofte diameteren på den øverste kant.

•Gryder med aluminiums- eller kobberbunde kan medføre metallisk misfarvning på den glaskeramiske overflade. Denne misfarvning er meget vanskelig eller umulig at fjerne.

•Brug ikke pander lavet af støbejern, eller som har beskadigede bunde med rå eller skarpe kanter. Permanente ridser kan opstå, hvis sådanne pander skubbes over overfladen.

•Når de er kolde, bøjer panders bunde normalt en anelse indad (konkave). De må aldrig bøjes udad (konveks).

•Hvis du ønsker at anvende en særlig kasserolletype, en trykkoger, et kogekar eller en wok, skal du læse fabrikantens instruktioner.
