Figyelem! Ne használjon maró vagy koptató hatású tisztítószereket!

A jobb edényekkel jobban lehet főzni.

•A jó edények az aljukról ismerhetők fel. Az edény alja legyen minél vastagabb és legyen teljesen sík.

•Új edények vásárlásánál ügyeljen az edény aljának átmérőjére. A gyártók gyakran az edény felső peremének átmérőjét közlik.

•Alumínium- vagy rézaljú edények fémes elszíneződést okozhatnak a kerámia felületen. Ezt az elszíneződést nagyon nehéz vagy lehetetlen eltávolítani.

•Ne használjon öntöttvas edényeket vagy sérült, sorjás aljú edényeket. Ezek megkarcolhat- ják a főzőfelületet.

•Hideg állapotban az edény alja normál esetben kissé befelé hajlik (konkáv). Az edény aljának sosem szabad kifelé hajolnia (konvex).

•Ha különleges edényt akar használni, például kuktafazekat vagy egy pároló fazekat, kérjük tartsa be a gyártó előírásait!
