Specifikace počítače, instalované kodeky a programy jsou hlavní příčinou chyb v konvertování. Vyskytne-li se chyba při konverzi, zkontrolujte následující.

Některé kodeky kompatibilní se soubory nebyly nainstalovány

 

nebo nebyly nainstalovány správně. V tomto případě najděte

 

kompatibilní kodek a nainstalujte jej. Nemůžete-li najít

 

kompatibilní kodek, nainstalujte balík kodeků.

Předtím, než budete konvertovat multimediální soubor, si vyzkoušejte, jestli je možné jej řádně přehrát v aplikaci Windows Media Player.

Zkonvertované soubory budou uloženy ve formátu *.sdc a lze je přehrát v aplikaci Windows Media Player.

Aplikace Samsung Converter nezahrnuje všechny druhy kodeků. Jestliže multimediální soubor nelze přehrát v aplikaci Windows Media Player, nainstalujte balík kodeků (doporučujeme nejnovější verzi balíku K-Lite Codec). Po instalaci balíku kodeků opět nainstalujte aplikaci Samsung Converter.

Můžete zvolit cílovou složku pro každý konvertovaný soubor. Není-li zvolena cílová složka, zkonvertovaný soubor bude uložen do stejné složky jako výchozí soubor.

Konvertujete-li více souborů současně, výkon počítače může klesnout vzhledem ke kapacitě procesoru. Pro tento případ konvertujte soubory po jednom.

Některé druhy multimediálních souborů nelze zkonvertovat. Jsou- li multimediální soubory poškozeny, nemusí být možné je přehrát ve fotoaparátu. Nestandardní typ souborů nemusí být možné zkonvertovat. Obraz a zvuk nemusí být synchronizován.

Očekávaná velikost souboru po konverzi se může lišit. Záleží na systému, který na počítači používáte.

Není-li k dispozici font kompatibilní se souborem skriptu v počítači,

Přenos konvertovaného souboru na vyměnitelný disk je časově náročný. Může trvat velmi dlouho. Doba závisí na velikosti souboru.
