Jei kompiuteryje neleidžiamas vaizdo klipas

KJei nepavyksta paleisti fotoaparatu įrašyti vaizdo klipo per kompiuterį, priežastis gali būti tai, kad kompiuteryje neįdiegta kodavimo programa.

„Jei neįdiegta „DirectX 9.0“ arba vėlesnė versija ο Įdiekite „DirectX 9.0“ arba vėlesnę versiją

1)Įkiškite su fotoaparatu pateiktą kompaktinį diską

2)Paleiskite „Windows Explorer“ ir pasirinkite aplanką [CD diskas:\ USB Driver\DirectX 9.0] ir spustelėkite rinkmeną „DXSETUP.exe“.

Bus įdiegta „DirectX“. Galite atsisiųsti „DirectX“ adresu: http://www. microsoft.com/directx

„Jei kompiuteris (su „Windows 98SE“) nustoja reaguoti, kai prie jo kartotinai prijungiamas fotoaparatas

ο Jei kompiuteris („Windows 98SE“) būna įjungtas ilgesnį laiką ir prie jo kartotinai prijungiamas fotoaparatas, kompiuteris gali jo nepažinti. Tokiu atveju reikia išjungti kompiuterį ir vėl įjungti.

„Jei kompiuteris, prie kurio prijungtas fotoaparatas, nustoja reaguoti leidžiant „Windows“ sistemą.

οTokiu atveju atjunkite nuo kompiuterio fotoaparatą ir „Windows“ ims veikti. Jei ši problema atsiranda dažnai, išjunkite senųjų USB įrenginių rėmimą ir paleiskite kompiuterį iš naujo. „Legacy USB Support“ (senųjų USB įrenginių rėmimas) pateikiamas BIOS sąrankos meniu (BIOS sąrankos meniu skiriasi nuo kompiuterių gamintojų ir kai kuriuose BIOS meniu nepateikiamas senųjų USB įrenginių rėmimo punktas). Jei negalite pakeisti meniu patys, kreipkitės į kompiuterio arba BIOS gamintoją.

„Jei nepavyksta ištrinti vaizdo klipo, ištraukti išimamojo disko arba siunčiant rinkmeną atsiranda pranešimas apie klaidą.

οĮdiegus tiktai „Samsung Master“ kartais būna pirmiau paminėtų problemų.

-Užverkite programą „Samsung Master“ spustelėdami „Samsung Master“ piktogramą užduočių juostoje.

-Įdiekite programas, pateikiamas programinės įrangos kompaktiniame diske.
