■Jos DirectX 9,0 tai uudempi ei ole asennettuna → Asenna DirectX 9,0 tai uudempi

1)Aseta kameran mukana toimitettu CD-levy levyasemaan.

2)Käynnistä Windowsin Resurssienhallinta ja valitse CD-ROM-asema. Valitse USB Driver\DirectX 9,0 -kansio ja kaksoisnapsauta DXSETUP.exe-tiedostoa. DirectX asennetaan. Voit ladata DirectX-ohjelman sivulta http://www.microsoft.com/directx

■Jos tietokone, jossa on Windows 98SE, lakkaa toistuvasti vastaamasta, kun kamera on yhdistetty tietokoneeseen
