■Tee seuraavat tarkistukset, jos USB-yhteydessä on häiriöitä.

Tapaus 1 USB-kaapelia ei ole yhdistetty tai käytetään muuta kuin kameran mukana toimitettua USB-kaapelia.

→Yhdistä kameran mukana toimitettu USB-kaapeli.

Tapaus 2 Tietokone ei tunnista kameraa.

Joskus kamera voi näkyä tuntemattomana laitteena Laitehallinnan luettelossa.

→Asenna kameran ohjain oikein.

Sammuta kamerasta virta ja irrota USB-kaapeli. Yhdistä USB-kaapeli uudelleen ja käynnistä kamera.

Tapaus 3 Odottamaton tiedostonsiirtovirhe.

→Sammuta kamerasta virta ja käynnistä se uudelleen. Siirrä tiedosto uudelleen.

Tapaus 4 Käytettäessä USB-keskitintä.

→Jos yhdistät kameran tietokoneeseen käyttämällä USB-keskitintä, sen on oltava yhteensopiva. Yhdistä kamera suoraan tietokoneeseen aina kun mahdollista.

Tapaus 5 Onko muita USB-kaapeleita kytketty tietokoneeseen?

→Jos yhdistät kameran tietokoneeseen, johon on samanaikaisesti yhdistetty jokin toinen laite USB-kaapelin avulla, tuloksena voi olla toimintahäiriö. Irrota tässä tapauksessa toinen USB-liitin ja yhdistä tietokoneeseen vain kamera.
