Veuillez vérifier les éléments suivants si la connexion USB est défectueuse.

Scénario 1 Le câble USB n’est pas branché ou il ne s’agit pas du câble USB fourni.

Branchez le câble USB fourni.

Scénario 2 L’appareil photo n’est pas reconnu par votre PC. Parfois, l’ap- pareil photo peut s’afficher sous [Périphériques inconnus] dans le gestionnaire de périphériques.

Installez correctement le pilote de l’appareil photo. Éteignez l’appareil photo, retirez le câble USB, branchez de nouveau le câble USB et allumez l’appareil photo.

Scénario 3 Une erreur inopinée s’est produite au cours du transfert d’un fichier.

Mettez l’appareil photo hors et sous tension. Transférer le fichier

Scénario 4 Connexion de l’appareil photo à l’aide d’un concentrateur USB Si vous vous servez d’un concentrateur USB, vérifiez d ’abord que celui-ci est compatible avec votre PC pour vous épargner des problèmes de connexion. Chaque fois que cela est possible, connectez l’appareil au PC directe- ment.

Scénario 5 Est-ce que d’autres câbles USB sont branchés sur le PC ?

Il se peut que l’appareil photo ne fonctionne pas correcte- ment s’il y a d’autres câbles USB qui sont déjà branchés sur PC. Dans ce cas, débranchez les autres câbles USB et ne branchez que celui pour l’appareil photo.

(?)au-dessus ou des périphériques avec un point d’exclama- tion (!) au-dessus.

Cliquez à l’aide du bouton droit sur l’entrée avec le point d’interrogation (?) ou d’exclamation (!) et sélectionnez “ Supprimer”. Redémarrez le PC et branchez de nouveau l’ appareil photo. Pour les PC sous Windows 98SE, suppri- mez également le pilote de l’appareil photo, redémarrez le PC et réinstallez le pilote de l’appareil photo.

Scénario 7 Avec certains programmes de sécurité informatique (Norton Anti Virus, V3, etc.), il se peut que l’ordinateur ne reconnaisse pas l’appareil photo comme un disque amovible.

Arrêtez les programmes de sécurité et branchez l’appareil photo à l’ordinateur. Reportez-vous aux instructions du pro- gramme de sécurité sur la manière d’arrêter le programme temporairement.

Scénario 8 L’appareil photo est connecté au port USB situé à l’avant de l’ ordinateur.

Lorsque l’appareil photo est branché au port USB situé à l’ avant de l’ordinateur, il se peut que ce dernier ne recon- naisse pas l’appareil photo. Branchez l’appareil photo sur le port USB situé à l’arrière de l’ordinateur.
