Undertiden optræder kameraet under [Ukendte enheder] (Unknown Devices) i Enhedshåndtering (Device Manager).

Sluk for kameraet, fjern USB-kablet, tilslut USB-kablet igen og tænd for kameraet.

Eks. 3 Der opstod en uventet fejl under filoverførslen.

Sluk for kameraet og tænd det igen. Overfør filen igen.

Eks. 4 Ved brug af en USB-hub.

Der kan opstå et problem ved tilslutning af kameraet til computeren via en USB-hub, hvis computeren og USB-hub’en ikke er kompatible. Slut altid kameraet direkte til computerens USB-port, hvis det er muligt.

Eks. 5 Er der andre USB-enheder tilsluttet computeren? Kameraet kan fungere forkert, hvis det er tilsluttet computeren sammen med en anden USB-enhed. Fjern i givet fald det andet USB-kabel, så kun kablet fra kameraet er tilsluttet.

der ukendte enheder (Unknown Devices) eller andre enheder (Other Devices) med et gult spørgsmålstegn (?) eller udråbstegn (!) ved siden af dem.

Højreklik på punktet med spørgsmålstegn (?) eller udråbstegn (!) og vælg “Fjern” (Remove). Genstart computeren og tilslut kameraet igen.

Eks. 7 Med visse sikkerhedsprogrammer (Norton AntiVirus, V3, etc.) opfatter computeren muligvis ikke kameraet som en flytbar disk.

Stop sikkerhedsprogrammerne og slut kameraet til computeren. Oplysninger om midlertidig deaktivering af sikkerhedsprogrammet findes i programmets betjeningsvejledning.

Eks. 8 Kameraet er tilsluttet USB-porten på fronten af computeren. Hvis kameraet er tilsluttet USB-porten på forsiden af computeren, genkender computeren muligvis ikke kameraet. Slut kameraet til en USB-port på bagsiden af computeren.
