Caso 5

Al PC sono collegati altri cavi USB?

Quando la fotocamera è collegata al PC mediante un altro cavo USB, l’apparecchio potrebbe funzionare in modo difettoso. In tal caso, staccare l’altro cavo USB e collegare un solo cavo USB alla fotocamera.

Caso 6

Quando apro Gestione periferiche (dal pulsante Start (Impostazioni) Pannello di controllo (Prestazioni e manutenzione) Sistema (Hardware) Gestione periferiche), trovo che delle voci sono

contrassegnate da un punto interrogativo o esclamativo giallo.

Fare clic sulla voce con il punto interrogativo (?) o esclamativo (!) e selezionare “Rimuovi”. Riavviare il PC e collegare di nuovo la fotocamera.

Caso 7

Con alcuni programmi di protezione (Norton Anti Virus, V3, ecc.), il computer potrebbe non riconoscere la fotocamera come disco rimovibile.

Disattivare i programmi di protezione e collegare la fotocamera al computer. Per informazioni sulla disattivazione temporanea, consultare le istruzioni del programma di protezione.

Caso 8

La fotocamera è collegata ad una porta USB posta sul davanti del computer.

Se la fotocamera è collegata ad una porta USB posta sul davanti del computer, questo potrebbe non essere in grado di riconoscerla correttamente. Collegare la fotocamera alla porta USB posta sul retro del computer.

Il filmato registrato non viene riprodotto sul computer.

※Quasi certamente l’impossibilità di riprodurre il filmato sul computer è dovuta alla presenza di un codec video non compatibile.

•Tramite QuickTime Player 7.5

Installare “QuickTime Player 7.5” fornito in dotazione con il CD.

(QuickTime Player 7.5 supporta la compressione video H.264(MPEG4. AVC).)

→Riprodurre il filmato utilizzando QuickTime Player 7.5.

•Come installare e utilizzare il pacchetto United Codec

Si raccomanda di installare l’ultima versione del pacchetto United Codec. (Codec raccomandato: ultima versione completa del pacchetto di codec K-Lite)

→Riprodurre il filmato con un player video.

(Quando si installa le versione completa del pacchetto K-lite, si raccomanda di utilizzare Media Player Classic oppure Window Media Player 11.)

※Prima di installare “QuickTime Player 7.5” e la versione completa del pacchetto di codec “K-lite”, verificare che sul computer sia installato Windows SP2 o un sistema operativo più recente.
