      Ρύθμιση του υπολογιστή για ενεργοποίηση

1Ενεργοποιήστε τον υπολογιστή και πατήστε F2 ενώ γίνεται εκκίνηση του υπολογιστή.

• Εμφανίζεται το μενού ρύθμισης BIOS.

2Επιλέξτε την καρτέλα Advanced (Προηγμένες) → Power mangement Setup (Ρύθμιση διαχείρισης ισχύος).

3Επιλέξτε Resume on PME (Συνέχιση σε ΡΜΕ) → Enabled (Ενεργοποιημένο).

4Πατήστε F10 για να αποθηκεύσετε τις αλλαγές σας και να συνεχίσετε την εκκίνηση.

5Κάντε κλικ στο Start (Έναρξη), και κατόπιν ανοίξτε το Control Panel (Πίνακας ελέγχου).

6Διαμορφώστε τη σύνδεση δικτύου.

•Windows 7:

Κάντε κλικ στο Network and Internet (Δίκτυο και διαδίκτυο)

→Network and Sharing Center (Δίκτυο και κέντρο κοινής χρήσης) → Change adapter settings (Αλλαγή ρυθμίσεων προσαρμογέα).

•Windows Vista:

Κάντε κλικ στο Network and Internet (Δίκτυο και διαδίκτυο)

→Network and Sharing Center (Δίκτυο και κέντρο κοινής χρήσης) → Manage network connections (Διαχείριση συνδέσεων δικτύου).

•Windows XP:

Κάντε κλικ στο Network and Internet Connection (Δίκτυο και σύνδεση διαδικτύου) → Network Connection (Σύνδεση δικτύου).

7Επιλέξτε προγράμματα οδήγησης που σχετίζονται με τον προσαρμογέα δικτύου.

8Κάντε κλικ στην καρτέλα Advanced (Προηγμένες) και κατόπιν ρυθμίστε τα μενού WOL.

•Δεν μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τη λειτουργία αυτή πάνω από τείχος προστασίας ή αν έχει εγκατασταθεί πρόγραμμα ασφάλειας.

•Για να ενεργοποιήσετε τον υπολογιστή με τη λειτουργία WOL, ο υπολογιστής πρέπει να διαθέτει ενεργή σύνδεση με το LAN. Βεβαιωθείτε ότι η ενδεικτική λυχνία στη θύρα LAN του υπολογιστή είναι αναμμένη, κάτι που δείχνει ότι η σύνδεση LAN είναι ενεργή.

•Ανάλογα με το μοντέλο του υπολογιστή σας, η φωτογραφική μηχανή σας ενδέχεται να μπορεί μόνο να "ξυπνήσει" τον υπολογιστή.

•Ανάλογα με τα λειτουργικά προγράμματα ή προγράμματα οδήγησης του υπολογιστή σας, τα ονόματα του μενού ρύθμισης WOL ενδέχεται να διαφέρουν.
